Spring my favourite season both for the weather, and the trends! I can’t wait to shed my winter skin. Every year, spring brings with it the promise of fresh floral styles. And none so pretty as this little number from Club Monaco.

And it wouldn’t be springtime without the rabbits would it?

The winter blues

I haven’t posted much lately because it’s been too cold for outfit photos. I’ve got the cold weather blues today, so I’m wearing a chambray shirt from Club Monaco. Blazer is from Zara, lipstick is MAC Viva Glam I.

But I’m cozy inside! Scarf and sweater are from Aritzia, pants from Club Monaco, flats from the Gap.

And for those if you who are lovely enough to follow this blog on a somewhat frequent basis, rest assured I have a hair appointment next week to deal with my serious roots.

Firm Form

Today’s casual Friday has a dark undertone, thanks to the new Firm Form lipstick by MAC.

The rest of the outfit is pretty basic. Blazer by Kenzie, top from Aritzia, jeans are Just USA, and bag is my Balenciaga tote.

Today’s outfit is all about covering up a bad hair day, and what better way to do that than with a Hello Kitty toque?

Toque is from Claires, of all places. Jacket by J. Crew, chambray button up from Club Monaco, scarf from In God We Trust NYC, bag by Marc by Marc Jacobs, leggings from American Apparel.

To counter the cutesiness of the toque, I’m wearing my Jeffrey Campbell studded Nightwalks.

The best part of the outfit of all though may be this In God We Trust NYC scarf!

Black Friday deals at Club Monaco

I have to admit that I fell victim to the sales on Black Friday, and one of the spots I hit was Club Monaco. This silk dress is one of my Black Friday purchases.

I paired it with my belt from my Show Jumping days, and a pair of Calvin Klein heels. Voila!

The sword is mightiest
